Shipping policy

Happiest Puzzles on Earth ships worldwide! Shipping will be calculated at checkout and is based on your address and package weight.

If you place a large order and your puzzles will not fit in our standard box, we may need to split your order into two shipments and we will contact you to collect a shipping adjustment fee. Please reach out to us at happiestpuzzlesonearth@gmail.com if you'd like a quote for shipping before you place your order. 

If you live in the Lower Mainland in BC and want to save on shipping, we offer a local pickup option at no cost. You will be sent information regarding pickup times once you place your order. 

The processing time for orders is currently 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within Canada is 3-9 business days, 4-8 business days to the US, and varies for the rest of the world. You will receive a delivery timeline estimate when you checkout. Please keep in mind that during holidays and in the event of any postal service delays, this estimated timeline could vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs delays, natural occurrences, air and/or ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada. 

Please make sure to double check that you've entered your address correctly. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address that you provided us, you will need to pay to have it re-shipped, in addition to a handling fee. Otherwise, we will cancel your order and refund you, less the cost of shipping.
